Founded in 1984, TEVEA International is a tax representation company specialised in property capital gains. 
In this respect, TEVEA International represents and assists its clients in the implementation of their tax obligations related to this area of expertise. 

TEVEA's VAT EXPERTISE 

TEVEA allows its clients to completely outsource the operational management of their international VAT issues and to assist them with any VAT issues. 
TEVEA sits on the board of directors of the International VAT Association (IVA), the largest association of VAT / GST professionals in the world, which currently has more than 140 members from the EU and third party countries.

Partner & CEO
Graduated from INSA Lyon and a master's degree from ESSEC in 1991, Patrick Brenelin exercised his responsibilities for several years at the head of IT service and consulting companies in Paris, before moving on to a consultancy firm in Management & Organization, accompanying major accounts on topics of financial management and performance, before taking in 2007 the General Management of TEVEA International.
CYRILLE KONTER
Partner
After graduating from HEC in 1997 with a specialization in Finance, Cyrille Konter began his career in Germany with various investment banks as a structurer and seller of equity derivatives. In 2003, he returned to France and joined TEVEA International to take charge of the company's commercial and legal development. With all these experiences, Cyrille became a tax lawyer in 2025.
