In accordance with article 1369-1 of the French civil code, it is hereby stated that these terms and conditions have been drawn up in French, sole language applicable to these terms and conditions.

Clause 1: Purpose |
|
The terms and conditions described hereunder detail the rights and obligations of the company, TEVEA International, and its customers within the framework of the sale of the following services: “Online assistance”, “Help recovering VAT” and “Compliance Check”.
Any service provided by TEVEA International therefore implies unconditional acceptance on the part of the purchaser of these terms and conditions of sale.

Clause 2: Fees |
|
The fees for services sold are those fees in force on the day the order is taken. They are denoted in euros and calculated excluding VAT. Consequently, they will be increased using the rate of VAT applicable on the day the order is placed.
TEVEA International has the right to change its fees at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the ordered services at the prices shown when the order is registered.

Clause 3: Discounts and concessions |
|
The fees include any discounts and/or concessions that TEVEA International may grant in view of the results obtained or of certain services that the purchaser takes charge of himself.

Clause 4: Discount |
|
No discount will be granted in the event of advance payment.
|
|

|
Clause 5: Terms of payment |
|
Payment of orders will be made by bank card.
The purchaser will pay the total invoice amount, when the order is registered.

Clause 6: Force majeure |
|
Should TEVEA International fail to perform or be late in performing any of its obligations shown in these terms and conditions, on account of force majeure, it will not be held liable. In this respect, force majeure includes any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of article 1148 of the French civil code. |

Clause 7: Limitation of liability |
|
Notwithstanding every effort having been made in developing and updating this website, errors, inaccuracies and omissions can occur, as well as problems accessing the site or maintaining connection thereto.
TEVEA International disclaims all liability and responsibility in respect of any direct or indirect damages that could result therefrom.
